This weekly class will focus on learning about and developing strategies to improve independence and safety with daily functional skills and activities. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences with other individuals and professionals, as well as brainstorm and implement techniques to manage daily challenges.
The class meets each Wednesday from 10:00-11:30

The workshop is held at the East Campus Union-University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Registration Fee:
Workshop registration is $20.00 per session. Additional guest registration (friend, family member, or significant other)is $20. The $20.00 registration fee includes notebook, workshop materials, and memory and hearing screenings. The workshop is limited to 12 participants.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if cancelling a week prior to the workshop. After that all fees are final.
