2026 NECPA Statewide Convening Sponsorship Commitment Form

Sponsorship Information

All sponsorship participants will receive an acknowledgment in the conference brochure. This activity is solely for educational purposes and does not necessarily represent an endorsement of any organization sponsoring it. We must have your content and payment by April 1, 2026.


Sponsorhip Options
  • Exhibitor Booth: $300
  • Full-page conference brochure advertisement (7.75” W x 10” H): $250
  • Half-page Horizontal conference brochure advertisement (7.75” W x 4.625” H): $125
  • Half-page Vertical conference brochure advertisement (3.75” W x 10” H): $125
  • Quarter page conference brochure advertisement (3.75” W x 4.625” H): $75
  • Name or Logo listed in the Conference Brochure: $50

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that the NECPA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event or activity due to unforeseen circumstances or if there is insufficient enrollment. If such a cancellation or postponement occurs, the NECPA will refund any advertising fees upon request but will not be liable for any other costs, charges, or expenses.

If you need to cancel your sponsorship, please do so as soon as possible. We highly encourage substitutions. A full refund will be issued in case of cancellation, but an administrative fee of $50 will be deducted. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the NECPA by 5:00 pm CST on May 1, 2026, to receive the refund. After this date, we cannot issue refunds due to the guarantees we must provide to our vendors.
